Trying

Hallo …

My name is Teresia. It is my first blog in vivaldi. I used to be a member of opera community. Some of you might have known me or us as my husband, dirk, was also in the same community.

I live in Germany but I come from Indonesia. Some of you might have known where Indonesia is but maybe some if you have never heard about it at all.

I am an english teacher, but here I can’t teach. Now I am a housewife and have a son.

I will here share something simple, about life and feeling.

Thank you for stopping by and reading.

Greetings

Teresia

  1. morning!teresia,
tell us more about indonesia inside, indonesia cuisine and lifestyle.
tell us more stories about the damages made by communism in 50-60’s to indonesia societies.
you can teach vivaldi community bahansa indonesia, many european want to live and work in indonesia..pls. do present some bahansa phrase for daily living, so as community can learn bahansa every day

  2. Hallo kompotsoil, first I know that it is not your rwal name and I would like to call you in your real name if you don’tmind.
Thank you for reading and commenting here. Your suggestions are good and I will consider how to make it in the right ways. History is a liitle difficukt to write but we will see how I can make it. I know that European like to stay there but for living is still a question for me,

  3. in indonesia you ‘ve got still poorly paid in comparison to european countries…EU didnt offer enough aid to indonesia.
but now indonesia offers indonesian’s spouse marriges visa at only 25$ for five years, then can extend 5 times,in totally 25years.

  4. You are right if it is compared to european standart. But I think for the indonesian people it is different. They have their own lifestyle that you must have informed well. But I talk here about the common people. For spouse marriages are different. We have to fight for a long time until we got this new law. It was a long process. But as I know if they are not married they rarely want to live there, but to work. Foreigner get higher salary than the domestic emplyees. It is not nice but it is true. A lot of people that I know who have lived permanently in european or married here dont want to come back to Indonesia.

  5. Hi Carol… nice to see you here… trying ti find some friends from opera…. it is getting warmer here… and more colors.

  6. They are friendly and helpful. Sometimes we have an event where we can consult and take care our documents there without going to the embassy.
